Rest within the living being you are. You are part of the world. You are nature. Let yourself be supported by the gravitational field of Earth. Feel the open space around and within you and how the movements of your breath change their shape. You are inseparably connected with everything, inside and outside.

The Duggan/French Approach (DFA) is a method of Structural Integration and mindfulness for somatic pattern recognition. You learn to

- take care of your health and prevent disease

- calm pains and manage the flow of your emotions

- overcome the difficulties life puts in your way

- communicate efficiently and create good relationships of mutual help and cooperation

- recognize and resolve posttraumatic stress, even when inherited

- orient when you want to or have to change the direction of your life

Private sessions

DFA sessions address the overall work with the person from three angles:

- a direct and specific hands-on intervention on the body

- Education of movement and body awareness

- the creation of a safe space where emotional processes that were interrupted in the past can be complete and inner balance after traumatic experiences can be restored
